This policy applies to the Stock42 website, professional services and product implementations delivered by STOCK42 LLC.

We may receive identity and contact data, company information, communications, minimal technical usage data and operational information required to execute a project. Payment data is processed by specialized providers; Stock42 does not store full card details.
3. Purposes
We use information to respond to requests, deliver contracted services, operate implementations, provide support, protect our systems, comply with legal duties and improve solution quality.
4. Corporate data and AI
The use of data in AI systems is defined by contract and architecture. We do not use confidential client information to train public models or include it in third-party products outside agreed conditions.

We may use infrastructure, analytics, payment and technical providers required to deliver the service. We limit shared information to what is necessary and require controls appropriate to the risk.
