We collect the following types of information: - Contact and identification data: name, WhatsApp/phone number, email address, company name (when provided). - Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe (we do not store card details). - User content: documents, PDFs, files and data you upload to use the RAG / vector database features of the Agentic Assistant. - Service interactions: messages sent to the Telegram bot, queries, reminders and usage metadata required to deliver the service. - Technical data: minimal device information and logs necessary for security and support.

We use your data to: - Provide the contracted services (Agentic Assistant, tokens, development and courses). - Set up and implement your Telegram assistant with document memory. - Process payments and manage subscriptions. - Provide personalized expert support. - Comply with legal and tax obligations. - Improve the quality and security of our services (without training third-party models on your data).

We process your data on the basis of consent, performance of a contract (the plans and services you purchase) and compliance with legal obligations (Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and related regulations).

We do not sell or transfer your personal data. We share limited information with: - Stripe: for payment processing and subscriptions. - Infrastructure and messaging providers (Telegram for bot functionality). - Isolated container hosting providers. Documents and data uploaded to the Agentic Assistant are processed in isolated containers under your exclusive control and are not used to train AI models or shared with third parties.

In accordance with Law 25.326 and applicable Argentine regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection (ARCO rights) regarding your personal data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. The Agentic Assistant runs in isolated Docker containers. Processing occurs in a controlled environment. Your data does not feed third-party models and does not leave your control perimeter as described in the service architecture.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or until you request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
