We offer: - Personal Agentic Assistant (Base, Silver and Gold plans): Telegram bot with frontier AI, document memory via RAG/VectorDB and, on the Gold plan, multimedia generation. - DeepSeek token packages for agents and automations. - Development services for automations, apps and products using agentic programming (Project Marcus). - Agentic Engineering Courses. Implementation of the Agentic Assistant includes guided setup by a Stock42 expert (not self-service).

The Agentic Assistant requires an active Telegram number. The service is delivered in isolated containers. Access to tokens and other services is provided according to the purchased plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all use made from your account.

Prices are published on the site and processed via Stripe. Agentic Assistant plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. Tokens are purchased as one-time packages. Prices may change with prior notice. Applicable taxes (VAT or others according to jurisdiction) are added when required.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Stripe or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds except where required by Argentine consumer protection law or in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of the documents, data and files you provide to us. Results generated by the Agentic Assistant or our systems for you are your property, subject to the limitations of the underlying model licenses. Stock42 retains all rights over its technology, methodology (Project Marcus), base prompts, infrastructure and course materials.

You agree to use the services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to: - Use the services for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that violate third-party rights. - Upload sensitive data without the authorizations or security measures required by law. - Attempt reverse engineering, service abuse or actions that compromise security or availability for other users. - Replicate or resell the service without our express authorization.

Services are provided "as is". Artificial intelligence may generate inaccurate or incomplete responses. Stock42 does not guarantee specific results or that the service will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In particular, documents you upload for the Assistant are processed in isolated containers and are not used to train models.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. For users resident in Argentina, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law (24.240) and other applicable regulations apply. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the inalienable rights of consumers.

We may modify these Terms. Changes will become effective upon publication of the updated version. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.
